京都大学デジタルアーカイブシステム（KUDAS/愛称「Peek」）は，〈学術利用および教育研究利用〉を目的に，京都大学研究資源アーカイブにより運用されています。

京都大学デジタルアーカイブシステムPeekは，著作権により保護されています。
Peekの中の文章，画像，音声，映像等その他のすべての情報（以下「資料」）は，特に明示された場合を除き，著作権により保護されています。
アーカイブ資料の性質上，個々の資料の著作権の状況を判断することは困難な場合もありますが，利用者自身の責任でご利用ください。
Peekで示されない詳細は，その資料の提供部局等または原資料所蔵部局等にお問い合わせください。

Peekは，典拠データの一部に外部の典拠データ提供サービスを取り込んで使用しています。「索引からさがす」下の各事項に，外部データが表示されることがあります。
詳細は，つぎのとおり。

• Peekの典拠データは，ODC（Open Data Commons）帰属表示ライセンス の下で利用可能な VIAF®（バーチャル国際典拠ファイル） からの情報を含んでいます。
• Peekの典拠データは，ODC（Open Data Commons）帰属表示ライセンス の下で利用可能な ゲッティ地名シソーラス（TGN）® からの情報を含んでいます。
• Peekの典拠データは，国立国会図書館 Web NDL Authorities の一括ダウンロード用ファイルからの情報を含んでいます。
• Peekの典拠データは，米国議会図書館（LC）Linked Dataサービスのうち LC Name Authority File（名称典拠ファイル）からの情報を含んでいます。

Peekの中の資料を利用することで，利用者はつぎの条件に従うことに同意するものとします。

• 資料の利用に対する責任は，利用者自身にあります。
• 資料により，それぞれ利用の条件や制限が設けられていることがあります。各デジタルコレクションの詳細情報の「利用条件」「使用条件」にご注意ください。
• 著作権法により許される範囲を超えた資料の複製等には，著作権者の書面による許可が必要です。（利用者自身が著作権者と交渉してください。）
• 資料を利用する際，提供部局等や原資料所蔵部局等，Peekと京都大学研究資源アーカイブの著作者表示・出所表示（クレジット）を適切に記してください。

その後，「京都大学研究資源アーカイブ特別利用規則」にもとづき，利用方法に応じた申請書をご提出いただきます。 利用の際は，「京都大学研究資源アーカイブ」提供の明示，利用データを改変しない等の条件を遵守してください。利用料が必要となることもあります。
※ここでいう二次利用は，Peekにあるデジタルデータを公開，出版，放映等のために再度使用することを指します。

Peekには，京都大学構成員や「学認」参加機関構成員だけが利用できる資料があります。
Peekへログインすることで閲覧・視聴できる資料があります。
また，京都大学研究資源アーカイブ映像ステーションや京都大学総合博物館だけで利用できる資料があります。
